I wasn’t certain how a serial would go, but writing a chapter every 2 weeks isn’t that bad. When you’re reaching your deadline and you’ve hit a creative wall, it can be stressful, but overall, it’s motivating. I write around 15 pages, then edit. Usually the editing takes longer than the initial writing. If you’ve wanted to write a novel, but found the prospect daunting, try serializing a story. Write 10 pages every two weeks. You’ll soon find you have that novel done, without the stresses a full manuscript can cause.
